如何解決磁鏈下載好後會跳轉到該位置(黃色的↓ 轉換到綠色↓時)
儅大量加入磁鏈時 下載好后會不停的跳轉到該處 期間導致無法對任務排序
能否禁用跳轉
目前解決方法是全選稍後下載 等排序好後再開啓

限制 network.max_connecting_connections 为50的时候，或者较低数值，BT任务很容易卡住0%进度
下载了半个小时所有peer状态都是new，没有任何连接和等待连接
很明显是bug，new状态没有变成连接，，我记得以前好像修过一次，应该立即变成连接状态，如果因为正在发起堵住，应该每5秒检测一次new让它变成连接，我感觉反正都有自动删除无效peer功能了，new应该直接删除new这串代码，不要new了
由于正在发起设置过小的时候，这些超过600秒的也应该删除，让tracker dht pex等重新返回new peer，使其重新连接（超过10分钟没必要留着了，这个peer大概率可能已经失效了，重新获取最新的列表）
而且设置50的时候经常跑不满50，，，0-50来回跳
也应该加一个，每个BT任务至少保证1个正在发起，避免其它任务占用后，此任务永远不会发起连接
不知道除了加大限制值以外，还有什么办法根据上面优化的办法没有，毕竟默认限制就200很低了。。。
話說現在積分1G一分這麼難，再限制120分每天上限是不是過分呢？
又不是天天有好多東西下載，某天比較多，差不多到晚上已經120分，還有些沒下載完，又不想留明天，再下載上傳又沒積分！？
还好吧，积分获取没什么难度，上限的话不太好改吧，不然就是对老用户的不公平，别人十年努力难道被新人一夜之间超越
就是在线时间没必要那么久，，，一天4小时拿满20分比较合理，1小时5分这样，有几天没拿满120分就是时间不够
屏蔽tt1000~tt2999解君愁 
每天挂機十小時也是坑爹的，現在的人沒那麼多時間用電腦！
至於積分提高連接長效用戶數也不是很靠譜，AV種子新出來的時候，其實都是UT,QD給速度，給高速，BC都是觀望，而且現在下載十年前的種子,BC也不是很大用。

4小时算个下班回家后的晚高峰时间，可以说4个小时拿满分刚刚好
长效速度慢是因为现在服务器被墙了，导致大陆用户连不上服务器，所以基本没有长效上传和长效下载
速度慢可能是我上面说的原因，默认设置太保守了，容易阻塞不发起请求，可以观察用户列表是否有阻塞，可以自己把高级设置改成10000
