Web seeding was implemented in 2006 as the ability of BitTorrent clients to download torrent pieces from an HTTP source in addition to the swarm. The advantage of this feature is that a site may distribute a torrent for a particular file or batch of files and make those files available for download from that same web server; this can simplify seeding and load balancing greatly once support for this feature is implemented in the various BitTorrent clients. In theory, this would make using BitTorrent almost as easy for a web publisher as simply creating a direct download while allowing some of the upload bandwidth demands to be placed upon the downloaders (which normally use only a very small portion of their upload bandwidth capacity). If you know the HTTP source of a file that is the same as the source file (or the URL of the source file), you can enter the URLhere. This is helpful for downloaders to acquire data, or in other words, download, from the HTTP server, in this way improving the downloading speeds and torrent health.

When the torrent content is for a single file, a specific URL should be entered. For example:

If the published torrent is for a directory (muti-files), file name can be omitted in the URL you enter. But please note that the URL must end with a slash ”/”. For example:
Tip: You can enter several mirror sites in the list. One for each line only.
After you finished all the settings and modifications, please do not forget to hit the “Make torrent” button, to finish.
Note: Remember! When you have made a //.torrent// file, you must publish the torrent on a torrent site. And please make sure BitComet is started and seeding the task, so that others can download from you once they saved the //.torrent// file.

则Web种子实际访问地址为：MIRROR
当发布的种子内容含有多个文件时，填写的URL地址中可省略文件名，但必须以 / 结尾。例如： 发布的目录名(即任务名)为：movie314
发布目录里的文件为：

编辑框里填写的地址为：MIRROR 则Web种子实际访问地址为：
提示：Web种子列表支持多个镜像网站地址，但每行只能填写一个。
最后确认所有操作都完成后，点击 “制作” 完成。
注意：torrent文件制作完成后，需要到BT发布站点发布。同时不要忘记打开本地BitComet上传此任务，不然没有种子，别人就无法下载。
如果你的web种子无法连接，那么就是种子内的web文件已经不存在了
先前更新磁鏈有玩過… 要配合有固定 http 伺服器 ip 資源… 算是彗星特別功能

那是个试例，不是让你直接填上可用的，你需要使用阿里云oss之类提供http或者https下载地址的地方进行文件上传，获取下载连接后填入制作种子框内
还是不明白，看来是没指望了。继续等待可能出现的源吧。

你可能誤會了… 你要下載別人做好 BT , 一般不會有 web 種子的設定的…
要自己製作 BT + web 種子的設定分享出來才會有, 或者是 Bitcomet 官方釋出的 BT…
如果你只是BT下載者, 不是製作者… 可以忽略 web 種子這件事…
我的问题就是，如贴图，我下载的种子文件下有个web种子，可我却链接不上，也就是从他那里下载不了，所以我才问它是个什么东西，或者怎么样才能连上他，从他们那里下载文件，就是这个问题。请问有办法么？
你是下载者，和你无关，这是资源发布者使用的
web 种子发布者不在线上或该WEB关闭了…你只有望天泪目。
WEB是最不靠普的东东…
試著下載看看… 發現有一個 bug… web種子網頁回傳 404, 彗星不應該顯示 100% 誤導用戶… 讓你以為還有 100% 資源, 望穿秋水不見伊人… XD
這應該是你要表達的原意, 不好意思樓歪了… 已回報 Beta 版請開發列入修改口袋名單…

你只是下载者的话，你可以用迅雷下载试试
这不是彗星的bug，是web 种子作者上传到该web网站发布后的纪录而已。
笑脸是灰色且不开心的…表示种子拥有者已离线没有作种上传，既然没有作种上传便表示任何BT下载工具都无法下载。
彗星一直是我用的BT下载工具，虽然不是最好但有良心。
迅雷有自己的储存，可能有资源存在，试试无妨。
