你可以試試
1、檢查intel的顯卡驅動要安裝
2、是否因為啟用其他顯卡，屏蔽了板載的intel顯卡

1、我寫出安裝的驅動版本了
Driver Version: 8.15.10.2302

2、我就沒有其他顯卡 我這不是板載 是CPU內集成的

請檢查 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Media SDK\s1\2.0\ 目錄裡面是否有 mfx_mft_h264vd_32.dll 文件

你的驅動不是最新的，建議去intel 官網下載最新驅動安裝
